Are these reusable - i.e. could you pass it on to friends/family to do after you've done it? That would make this much more compelling.
I can identify on a personal level and totally get it! We recently had family returning to the area move in with us while they purchase a home. I was already exhausted from the channel. It's taxing! (And you didn't even mention the prep that goes into it before filming even starts.) I'm cutting waaaaaay back for my own sanity and time with precious family.
It's definitely a different way of living. You don't 'go to work' your life is your work.
